The hotel had a stunning location to choose within the area. The staff was all extremely friendly. We stayed in a spacious and huge room, and loved it.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very busy.

The location was comfy and stunning: gift stores and interesting independent stores where within walking distance. The room was well decorated and huge and since it had feather pillows I slept like a baby. The vibe here was family. Actually everything was excellant, my next choice again in Kobe.

Real good overall experience. Wonderful and perfectly clean accommodation with convenient location near bus or cable car station, bus stop and a Japanese garden. Nicely decorated room, DELIGHTFUL view of the onsen town. Large bathroom, professional and genuinely helpful staff.

Beautiful location on mountains, especially helpful staff, everything was excellent. Location: the hotel was close to interesting shops and a romantic getaway as a couple, honeymoon. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Ikkyu that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

Excellent stay with friendly staff who spoke English well. The hotel provided free transport, including pick-up and drop-off at the station and elsewhere in the area. The hotel facilities were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the onsen was hot and beautiful.
All good.

Had a great Xmas experience in a traditional Japanese hotel. Loved the complimentary drinks and the show of rice cakes making in the lobby. Also positioned on top of a hill, which afforded beautiful views of the surrounding area.
Found the boutique feel a bit lacking due to the hotel's size. transportation was necessary to get around.
